Hang up your heavy bag in your doorway. This unit is constructed to handle up to 250 pounds maximum. Chin up, using this doorway chin up bar, or vertical knee raises. Use your inverson boots, to hang upset down. Side mounting brackets permit you to easily take down the Hang up System when not in use. Made from chrome tubing , this unit will support up to 250 pounds. Be aware of possible doorway limitations, before using this device or any onther door way unit.

Chinning/Pull Up Bar; Product Details: Chrome plated solid steel bar and frame is adjustable in 6 in increments within a 30 in range. Frame attaches to wooden stringers and is removable for storage. Bar size is 1 OD, 40 in long, 29 lbs. Stringers are each 54 in long with mounting holes 24 in apart. These stringers mount 38 1/2 in center to center. Attachment hardware not included
